Bartender- Mount Vernon Country Club

We are hiring a Bartender to serve guests at Mount Vernon Country Club. Responsibilities Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available. Ensure that fruit and other garnishes are prepared. Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered. Report complaints to a manager as soon as they occur. Maintain and clean the bar area and equipment. Maintain daily inventory and records. Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol. Assist food servers and hostesses as needed. Qualifications Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (may vary by state). Must have all certifications and licenses required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes. Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol. Physical Demands Walk, sit, stand for long periods of time, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; stoop, kneel, crouch; close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally; and lift overhead and push/pull and move lighter objects. Work Environment Indoor conditions that may be warm. Work near grill and fryer.
