Tuesday to Saturday, Morning shift, Day Shift, Evening Shift, 8-hour shifts. Tips with hourly pay, Flexible schedule, Employee discount, Opportunities for advancement, Bi - Annual performance raises. Education and Experience Requirements Some serving experience in full-service restaurant preferred, training provided. Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively within a team. Basic math skills. High school graduate or GED preferred. Reliable source of transportation. Server Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a smile, inviting them back as they leave. Help guests select food and beverages by presenting menu, suggesting courses, presenting daily specials, answering food preparation queries. Transmit orders to kitchen by recording guests' choices, identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests. Respond to additional guest requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process and being responsive at all times. Maintain table settings by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs. Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety policies.
