Overview Pay range $45–55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on/relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate ($45–55) Uncapped bi‑weekly production bonuses Monthly bonuses based on office performance Sign‑on or relocation bonuses ($10,000 full‑time, $5,000 part‑time) Medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, FSAs Paid time off, company holidays Continuing education reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment Company‑provided certification training: CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc.; reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist Provide compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride, and related procedures Offer same‑day care opportunities and excellent customer service Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene Assess dental condition, review medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary Take and save x‑rays into patient charts Show compassion for patients and parents to provide memorable experiences Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) EEO Statement We value teamwork, mutual respect and cooperation.
