Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a leading organization in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment across primarily non-IT/direct hire recruiting. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent across multiple business functions.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for primarily non-IT roles
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates across functions including accounting/finance and other business areas
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and provide market insight
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and drive offer processes
• Adapt to shifting priorities and support recruiting efforts across teams as business needs evolve

Skills

• 4-8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for a mix of agency and corporate recruiting
• Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build pipelines of passive talent
• Experience recruiting accounting and finance talent preferred; Broader non-IT experience also valued
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with an ATS such as SuccessFactors is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
