Shift Supervisor – Smoothie King |

Location: Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Summerville

Compensation: $14 to 18 per hour (based on experience) + Tips (Tips average 2-4.50 an hour)

Schedule: Full-Time or part time | Consistent Hours | No Late Nights

Role Overview

As Shift Supervisor, you will lead all aspects of store operations during your shift. You’ll , coach, lead, and inspire your team, manage performance, and create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver the Smoothie King Experience

• Train, and develop team members

• Manage daily operations

• Ensure brand standards in cleanliness, service, and speed

• Build a culture of teamwork, appreciation, and growth

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisor experience necessary

• Experience in coffee, smoothie, or quick-service beverage concepts preferred

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
