Job Description
Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Rehabilitation and Extended Care

Schedule: Nights 10pm-6am, Every Other Weekend, Holidays per Unit Needs

Requirements:
- New York Certified Nursing Assistant (Required)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' CNA experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' health status and care provided.
- Create and maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Recognize signs and symptoms of illness in residents and promptly report them to supervisors.
