What You’ll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on food quality, guest experience, and operational excellence Coach, develop, and encourage team members while building a positive and accountable culture Help recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the restaurant Ensure smooth and efficient execution during high-volume meal periods Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality Support labor, inventory, and overall business performance goals Handle guest concerns with professionalism, care, and a service-minded attitude Work alongside the leadership team to execute restaurant goals and initiatives Create an environment where team members feel challenged, supported, and valued What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills A positive attitude with a heart for serving others Ability to lead with urgency while staying calm under pressure High level of personal ownership and accountability Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow others Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays Prior leadership experience preferred Why Join Chick-fil-A?
