Securitas Technology Corporation is seeking a Remote Services Support Specialist in Uniontown, OH for full-time direct employment. Responsibilities include providing user, operational and technical support via phone, email, and internet to associates and customers, escalating issues as needed.

You will be part of a 24x7x365 support capability on a rotating, on-call basis and work with various internal teams while expanding product knowledge and documenting issues in the knowledge base.
