About the Assistant General Manager Role in Dover, DE:

As our Assistant General Manager in Dover, DE, you’ll partner with the GM to oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, drive sales, manage P&L, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact and a clear path to General Manager.
