General Surgeon

Pediatrix invites Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeons to join their expanding surgical team in the Salt Lake City Basin. This role offers a fulfilling career with opportunities for growth, providing primarily adult general surgery and trauma coverage, with light pediatric cases, across Tipanogos Regional and Lone Peak Hospital. The position emphasizes work-life balance with a shared call schedule and a supportive, collegial private practice environment.

Practice Info

• Join a brand new office space.
• Provide surgery coverage at both Tipanogos Regional and Lone Peak Hospital.
• High acuity practice, Level III trauma center.
• Collaborate with a collegial group of skilled surgeons in a well-established and growing practice.
• 3 surgeons currently on staff, with specialty expertise in bariatric, head & neck, pediatrics, non-cardiac thoracic, as well as trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide primarily adult general surgery and trauma.
• Provide light pediatric coverage.

Requirements

• BC/BE General Surgeon.
• Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience with experience in laparoscopy and endoscopy procedures.
• Some pediatric experience preferred but not required. xihmbke
