As a Forklift Driver on our Receiving Team , you'll be the lifeline that keeps materials moving throughout our facility. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our production teams have what they need, when they need it.

No two days are exactly the same. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy solving problems on the fly, and take pride in operating equipment safely and efficiently, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do
• Safely operate forklifts throughout the facility
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
• Deliver materials to production teams and other departments
• Keep inventory and storage areas organized and efficient
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Support a clean, organized, and safety-focused workplace
• Help keep production moving by responding quickly to material requests
• Champion Barletta's commitment to workplace safety

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of forklift experience
• Takes safety seriously and leads by example
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Can stay organized and handle multiple priorities
• Communicates effectively with teammates and leaders
• Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Can meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and being active throughout the shift
