Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking reliable Production Workers to join our batch production team on day shifts. As a Production Worker, you will contribute to efficient manufacturing processes by performing basic machine maintenance and working collaboratively as well as independently to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery within a batch production environment following safety standards
Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of equipment to maintain optimal function
Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
Monday - Friday Semi Flexible hours typical 7am-4pm

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in manufacturing production
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual is preferred (Spanish and English)
