Nous recherchons des francophones pour rejoindre notre quipe de support client en Grce. Ce poste offre un environnement de travail international ainsi qu'un accompagnement complet la relocalisation pour les candidats qui s'installent depuis la France vers la Grce. Lieu : Grce (Tltravail Lieu WAH : Athnes l'arrive)

Horaires : 5 jours par semaine, rotations (08:00 00:00)

Package Financier & Avantages

Salaire de base : 1 050 bruts/mois x 14 fois par an

Bonus de performance : Jusqu' 10%

Formation rmunre : Une formation complte est fournie et entirement rmunre ds le premier jour.

Tches Quotidiennes :

Fournir un support client par tlphone, e-mail et chat (en franais)
Aider avec les problmes de compte, les signalements de contenu et les requtes lies la plateforme
Rsoudre les demandes des clients efficacement tout en maintenant une haute qualit de service
Enregistrer avec prcision les dtails des interactions dans les systmes CRM internes
Atteindre les objectifs standards de productivit et de qualit de l'quipe
Promouvoir la scurit de la communaut et la comprhension du produit

Profil Recherch :

Franais courant (niveau C1/C2)
Bonne matrise de l'anglais (niveau B2+) pour la formation et la communication interne
Solides comptences interpersonnelles et analytiques
Un tat d'esprit orient solutions et une vritable passion pour aider les autres
l'aise avec les outils numriques et les environnements multi-crans
Capacit s'adapter une quipe dynamique et multiculturelle
Aucune exprience pralable requise formation complte fournie
