D&L LLC is looking for Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our Blytheville, AR Sheet Metal shop!

We’re looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic/Installers to join our team and play a key role in delivering top-quality HVAC installations for our clients. If you've worked in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC installation, ductwork, construction, or a similar trade , we'd like to talk to you!
What You’ll Do!
- Install HVAC ductwork and equipment in commercial projects
- Field measure ductwork and prepare cut sheets for fabrication
- Work with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
- Keep a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
(Sheet metal experience is preferred, but we're willing to talk to the right person)
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication
- Valid driver’s license (required) with a clean record (no DUI’s in last 3 years)
