Expectations include but not limited to leading the area Maintenance Team in safe and timely responses to mill issues, ensuring NYS policies and procedures are followed, participating and leading in electrical day support functions, assisting their supervisor in managing issues related to personnel, and coaching their teammates in personal technical development and continuous improvement.
