About the Role As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting our nursing staff in providing high-quality care to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and providing emotional support to our guests Monitoring and reporting changes in guests' condition or behavior to the nursing staff Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and practices Assisting with mealtime, snacks, and hydration, and providing company to our guests during mealtimes Participating in care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans Requirements Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of South Dakota preferred but not required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with guests, families, and interprofessional healthcare teams Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition guests as needed, and to respond to emergency situations What We Offer While we cannot disclose specific salary information at this time, we offer a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits that support your overall well-being and career growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
