Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, high-agency AI-Enabled Product Manager to own the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) of custom applications across our global clients. In this contract role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of product designers, software engineers, and data scientists. Moving beyond high-level strategy, you will translate intricate client business constraints into actionable functional product specs, manage dependencies across the project delivery pipeline, and strategically determine where advanced AI models deliver non-trivial commercial value. This position is built for an analytical, process-driven leader looking for uncapped performance trajectories.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap Ownership: Formulate and maintain detailed product roadmaps, cross-referencing client business milestones against strict technical feasibility parameters.
• End-to-End PDLC Governance: Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring complex application workflows shift flawlessly through initial concept, UI/UX framing, sprint development, and production deployment.
• AI Integration Strategy: Partner directly with machine learning engineers and data scientists to map out advanced capabilities, strategically embedding LLMs, NLP, and data analytics tools into target software layers.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead, sync, and support multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams using project collaboration infrastructure stacks including **ClickUp, Jira, and Figma**.
• Strategic Client Contact: Manage enterprise client interactions independently, collecting feature telemetry, providing clear milestone progress readouts, and handling specification changes calmly.
• Metric Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor clear performance KPIs, quality control thresholds, and data-driven product benchmarks to guarantee consistent code and delivery standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional history leading product development, technical product management, or agile engineering lifecycles.
• Proven tracking history delivering custom software solutions, with a strong foundational grasp of software engineering methodologies and agile delivery setups.
• Deep conceptual literacy across foundational artificial intelligence vectors, including Large Language Models, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated capability leading cross-functional teams of 5–7+ professionals across multi-layered digital projects.
• Advanced analytical capability to interpret feature data and refine product capabilities based on usage insights.
