About the Position Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to fill a PRN or part‑time position. You will work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care. Responsibilities The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by developing a treatment plan that meets each patient’s individual needs and improves their quality of life. You will observe, assess, and document progress in a timely manner while communicating effectively with the therapy team, patients, and families. In this position you will provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
