$33–$38/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehab team. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve functional independence and quality of life through personalized therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with daily living activities, mobility tasks, strengthening exercises, and adaptive techniques
• Encourage participation and support residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Monitor treatment response and communicate progress updates to the rehab team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
