- Provide physical therapy services to patients as directed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with policies.
- Stay current with developments in physical therapy practices and standards. Compliance / Notes:
- No weekend rotation.
