Job Title: Machine Operator – Manufacturing Location: Miami, FL Shift: Rotating schedule (Week 1: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | Week 2: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) Language Requirement: Must speak Spanish About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Miami. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery Feed materials into machines and ensure continuous workflow Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met Make minor machine adjustments as needed Identify and report mechanical issues to maintenance teams Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety and compliance procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Must be reliable and able to work a rotating shift schedule Must speak Spanish Why Join Us?
