Inside Sales Manager (Call Center Leadership)
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 Total Compensation
A fast-growing home services company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to build and lead its inside sales department from the ground up.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with call center or inside sales management experience who enjoys coaching people, developing processes, tracking KPIs, and building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, and coach inside sales representatives
Develop sales scripts, SOPs, and training programs
Review calls and provide ongoing coaching
Track KPIs, conversion rates, booking rates, and team performance
Partner with Marketing to improve lead conversion
Build a positive, accountable, results-driven sales culture
Qualifications
5+ years of Inside Sales or Call Center leadership experience
Experience building and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Experience with CRM platforms and KPI reporting
Goal-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable building processes from the ground up
