Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Printech Business Systems Inc is looking for a skilled Digital Print Operator to join our team in New York, NY! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced print production environment where your technical expertise and attention to detail will make a real impact every day.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor digital printing equipment to produce high-quality print materialsSet up, calibrate, and maintain digital printers to ensure optimal performance and color accuracyReview and preflight digital files to ensure print-readiness before production runsPerform quality control checks throughout the print process to meet client specificationsTroubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtimeManage print job queues and prioritize workflow to meet production deadlinesHandle finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, and laminating as neededRequirements:Must have experience with Xerox Igen or other large-scale digital print machinesPrior experience operating digital printing equipment in a production environmentProficiency with RIP software and digital prepress workflowsStrong understanding of color management, ICC profiles, and print calibrationAbility to read and interpret job tickets and client specifications accuratelyFamiliarity with finishing equipment including cutters, laminators, and bindery toolsDetail-oriented with strong quality control and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a high-volume print shopAbout Us:Printech Business Systems Inc has been a trusted name in print solutions in the heart of New York, NY, delivering exceptional quality and reliability to businesses of all sizes.
