The Randall Oaks Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to serve drinks, greet guests, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our golfers and diners! What You’ll Do Welcome and greet patrons with a smile, highlighting bar specials and promotions. Prepare and serve beverages and food items, following recipes to perfection. Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and balance the cash register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and equipment. Assist in planning drink menus and inventory management as needed. Provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated. Represent the Dundee Township Park District with professionalism and positivity. Who You Are You’re a proactive team player with: BASSET alcohol training and Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days). A knack for mixing drinks and pouring beverages like a pro. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A minimum age of 21 years. Schedule Part-time, year-round position with 2-5 shifts per week (6-8 hours per shift). Includes weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
