Life Finance Director - Reporting & Strategy Lead (Hybrid)

Transamerica in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a senior finance leader to own the Life product line's reporting and analysis. You will drive accurate financial results across IFRS, US GAAP, and capital reporting, partnering with Actuarial, FP&A, and Investments to deliver timely insights.
Lead a team, strengthen controls, and push enterprise reporting initiatives. The role requires a CPA or advanced degree preferred, 12+ years in finance with 8+ in management, and strong communication and leadership
