Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and fast-paced Line Cook to join our growing team. As a family-owned restaurant , we treat our staff like an extension of our family—we value loyalty, hard work, and are dedicated to helping our employees grow, develop skills, and advance as our business expands.
In this role, you will prepare ingredients, execute menu dishes according to standard recipes, maintain a clean and organized station, and play a direct role in building our restaurant's legacy from the ground up. A solid understanding of meat terms, cuts, and cooking temperatures is essential to deliver high-quality, perfectly executed dishes. Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a major plus to foster clear communication across our entire kitchen team!
