Join FirstLight Home Care of Guilford and Jacksonville, NC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients! - Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health status to the care team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Current CNA certification in North Carolina is required.
- Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Jacksonville area.
- Must pass background checks and adhere to safety protocols.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
