Step into a pivotal role making a direct impact on young learners as a Physical Therapist serving two early childhood programs. Working with children in the PreK age group, your expertise will support their physical development and help set them on a path for long-term success. This position offers the flexibility of approximately 22.5 hours per week across three days of your choosing, with consistency from week to week. There’s potential for expanded hours after January, offering the possibility for even greater involvement.

What you’ll bring:

• Current and active Physical Therapy license in Missouri
• Previous experience in pediatrics or school-based settings is highly valued
• Familiarity with early childhood developmental milestones
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Detail orientation to maintain accurate records and comply with school district policies
• Completion of district credentialing, including fingerprinting and technology form requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to PreK students, focusing on developmental and educational needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators and other service providers to contribute to a positive, functional learning environment
• Travel between two nearby school sites, maintaining a consistent and reliable presence for your students
• Maintain compliance with district guidelines and all required documentation
