Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Shelton, CT Area | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM $19.00 per hour Looking for a shipping and receiving position with long-term potential? A.R. Mazzotta is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a growing manufacturing company in the Shelton, CT area. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping shipments moving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and on time Prepare shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels Verify incoming materials and report discrepancies Maintain inventory records using an ERP or warehouse management system Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and track deliveries Work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams Follow company safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience in manufacturing Experience with ERP or inventory management systems Comfortable using forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Why Apply?
