Hotel Front Desk Agent

Description

We're looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You'll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. If this sounds like you, please apply today!

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Close attention to detail, especially with billing and data entry
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and property management system skills preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work any shift, including mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays, with no schedule restrictions
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
