Accounts Payable Clerk

- Process high volumes of invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently while verifying transactions against purchase orders, charge slips, and sales tickets.
- Reconcile vendor statements, maintain precise payment records, and serve as a adaptable floater to assist the Accounts Receivable team with billing needs.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and clients to address payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth financial operations across both departments.
- Maintain strict adherence to company compliance standards, internal accounting policies, and financial procedures in all transaction processing.
- Demonstrate proficiency with accounting software and enterprise management systems alongside attention to detail and a proven track record in high-volume AP or AR processing.
