We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! This role is perfect for someone who Enjoys talking on the phone Is naturally personable and persuasive Likes performance-based pay Wants control over how much they earn WHAT YOU'LL DO: Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings Follow up on leads quickly and confidently Sell memberships and retail Create an exceptional first impression for every guest PAY: Hourly base + commission + bonuses Typical earnings: $13-$16/hr Top performers can earn more! REQUIRED SKILLS: Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Can work weekends and evenings Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
