Senior Research Associate

Focused on generating impactful research, the full-time Senior Research Associate will design and execute studies on family-school partnerships, manage data analysis, and communicate findings to diverse audiences while working remotely. Key responsibilities Execute research studies, from descriptive analyses to quasi-experimental designs, while managing timelines and deliverables Analyze and clean data from various sources, applying appropriate methods and tools such as R, Python, and SQL Translate research findings into clear presentations and reports for internal teams and district partners Required qualifications Master's degree in social science, education, public policy, or related field with strong research methods training 5+ years of applied research experience focused on K-12 education in nonprofit or mission-driven settings Expertise in mixed methods design and data analysis, including experience with public education datasets Proficiency in R or Python, with working knowledge of SQL and self-service data tools Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences
