Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children
• Willingness to mentor and collaborate with SLPAs
• Ability to work onsite full-time (35-37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in a preschool caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Provide mentorship and support to SLPAs onsite
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
