Role Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough, continuous care to individuals and families at all life stages, from young children to elderly patients.
• Address chronic conditions, preventive health, acute symptoms, and mental health issues with an empathetic touch.
• Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and formulate customized treatment approaches.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine accredited by the relevant authorities.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possess or be eligible for a valid medical license in Wisconsin.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Proficient diagnostic and clinical competencies, with a focus on preventive care.
