Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient-centered care across all age groups, from children to seniors.
• Address chronic conditions, acute illnesses, preventive care, and mental health with a compassionate approach.
• Conduct thorough examinations, analyze diagnostic findings, and create tailored treatment strategies.
• Work in synergy with care coordinators and specialists to provide integrated, whole-person health solutions.
• Engage in quality enhancement projects that drive better patient outcomes and operational success.
• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and timely patient documentation.
• Offer flexible care options, including in-person and telehealth services to meet diverse patient preferences.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) an active Wisconsin medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are highly preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Exceptional clinical and diagnostic skills with a focus on preventive care.
