Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is desired
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Provide targeted interventions in small groups and individual sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student success
• Maintain necessary documentation and progress monitoring
• Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and in-service training sessions
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
