Make a meaningful impact this school year by supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This full-time, in-person contract opportunity is tailored for professionals passionate about helping elementary students enhance their communication and language skills.

In this role, you’ll work with an elementary-aged caseload—approximately 65 students—providing assessments and interventions tailored to individual needs. Caseloads are weighted based on severity, allowing for a focused approach to students with higher needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective therapy plans in a vibrant, engaging school setting.

What you’ll need to bring:

• Valid SLP license and ODE certification
• Experience working in pediatric or school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of best practices in speech-language pathology and commitment to ongoing professional growth
• Ability to work on-site for the full academic year

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Collaborating with special education teams, teachers, and families
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
• Attending IEP meetings and contributing to student support strategies
• Providing direct therapy services and making recommendations for classroom support
