Job Description

As a Security Officer Security Awareness in Riverside CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Allied Universal is hiring Unarmed Security Officers to support a government this role you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents observe and report security-related concerns and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures access control practices and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and assigned areas; observe and report unusual activity hazardous conditions and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established post orders and reporting requirements.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports incident reports and other required documentation and communicate relevant information to supervisors and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
