Production Supervisor – 2nd ShiftThis position oversees the 2nd shift corrugator department, leading hourly production employees in the manufacturing of corrugated board. The supervisor ensures safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals are consistently met. Key responsibilities include:Supervise one assigned shift of hourly employeesLead daily production of corrugated boardTrain, assign, and evaluate team membersPromote safety, teamwork, and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with plant management and cross-functional teamsEnforce compliance with safety and operational programsMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:High School Diploma or GEDCorrugated box industry experience (MANDATORY)Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experienceDirect corrugator machine experience (essential)Leadership or supervisory experience (highly preferred)Compensation: Based on Experience.
