As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with our values and delivering exceptional performance.What You Will DoStrategic Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the supply chain hub, aligning with company values and overarching business goalsProvide leadership and guidance to the operations team in executing strategic initiativesTeam Leadership and Development:Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and principled-based decision-makingProvide coaching and professional development opportunities for team membersOperational Excellence:Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and productivityImplement best practices in supply chain management to enhance overall performanceCross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with broader business objectivesLead initiatives to enhance collaboration between departments and improve overall business performancePerformance Metrics and Analysis:Monitor and drive improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business headwinds and tailwindsAnalyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementRisk Management and Compliance:Oversee risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential operational risksEnsure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, safety, and ethical standardsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldProven experience in a senior operations management role within the supply chain or logistics industryDemonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving operational excellenceExperience leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisionsKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirementsProven experience in vendor management and contract negotiationFor this role, we anticipate paying $115,000- $135,000 per year.
