Responsibilities
- Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and supervisors.
- Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Perform tasks as directed and guided by supervisors
- Only perform tasks in which training has been provided.
- Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services.
- Pass newspapers, answer call lights, deliver meal trays to residents

Requirements:Qualifications
- Enrollment in Certified Nursing Aide Program that starts within the month of hire date. We will help train you.
- Excellent communications and human relation skills.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
- Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers
