Interior Designer

Overview Design and implement innovative interior solutions for multifamily and senior living spaces. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored designs. Utilize Revit software to create detailed design plans and renderings. Ensure designs meet industry standards and client expectations. Work in a dynamic, on-site environment with a focus on collaboration. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on design trends and technologies. Contribute to the success of a mid-level design team with your expertise. Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and present interior design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit software. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project execution. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality. Research and select materials, furniture, and finishes for projects. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals effectively. Job Requirements Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design; 6 years preferred. Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation. NCIDQ certification preferred for enhanced credibility. Experience in multifamily and senior living design projects preferred.
