Crew Leaders, Climbers and Groundsman Apply Today!Joshua Tree Experts is expanding in Charlotte and looking for skilled tree care professionals to join our growing team. We're hiring for three key roles: Crew Leaders, Tree Climbers, and Groundsman. If you're experienced in the field and want to work for a company that values safety, professionalism, and employee development, we want to hear from you.GroundsmanAssist crews with pruning, removals, and cleanupOperate chainsaws, chippers, and hand toolsSet up safety zones and follow all safety proceduresTree ClimberPerform aerial tree pruning and removalsUse climbing gear or aerial liftsWork closely with the crew leader and guide grounds crewCrew LeaderManage a 2-4 person crew on residential and commercial jobsOversee safety and efficiency on-siteCommunicate with clients and ensure work meets high standardsRequirements (varies by role):2+ years of tree care experience (5+ for Crew Leader)Valid driver's licenseStrong understanding of safety procedures and equipment useLeadership and communication skills for Crew Leader and Climber rolesWhat We Offer:Full-time, year-round employmentCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid vacation, holidays, and PTOPaid training and support for certifications (ISA, CDL, etc.)Modern equipment and uniform servicingSafety incentives and career growth opportunitiesReady to join a better team in tree care?
