Real Estate Development Analyst - Build Affordable Housing
Dominium
Dominium Development is seeking a Development Analyst to support multifamily real estate opportunities from opportunity through construction and lease-up. You will perform financial analyses, assist with structuring and closing project financing, and coordinate due diligence with partners. You will work with architects, engineers, lenders, and internal teams to advance projects across LIHTC, debt, equity structures, and long-term asset management, gaining broad exposure to the full development #J-18808-Ljbffr Dominium
