DESC in Seattle is hiring a Clinical Support Specialist for Steven's Place. This full-time role works with an integrated care team to coordinate clinical services and case management for tenants living with chronic homelessness. The position requires a WA AAC license or ability to obtain it, experience with homeless adults, and the ability to collaborate across agencies.
