We are seeking a results‑driven recruiter to oversee client operations, manage talent, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Direct daily client operations and lead talent acquisition Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates with client companies Build and maintain client partnerships Drive business development and expand market presence Achieve and exceed branch financial and performance goals Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance Qualifications 1–4 years of recruiting or related experience High school diploma (undergraduate degree in business or Human Resources preferred) Attention to detail High‑level Google Suite proficiency Outgoing personality and desire to lead Strong analytical and sales instincts Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment Skills & Experience Business acumen Killer instinct in sales Desire to be the best Working Hours 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Benefits Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including education, work experience, location, and specific job duties.
