Continuous Improvement Specialist

Judge Direct Placement

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed CI Supervisor in Gainesville, GA area! They will be responsible for leading all CI activity in a food manufacturing facility. The qualified candidate will work with multiple departments to drive lean processes and results based on TPM. *** Must be bilingual English/Spanish** Responsibilities s:Lead continuous improvement including TPM and Lean metho dsWork with operations to meet planned resul tsGuarantee resourcing and urgency in executi onIdentify potential challenges and develop plans to overco mePinpoint area for automation implementation and measure expected resul tsMake recommendations for CAPEX spend based on R OILead CI even tsTeach and coach employees on Lean Manufacturing Process Requirements nts:5+ years experience in process improvement in manufacturing environ rredProduction Operations background in food manufactu enceProven ability to influence management at all le velsStrong leadership and presentation sk illsDemonstrate experience in change & situational leader #J-18808-Ljbffr
