At our Holley, NY (14470) facility, the rhythm of the floor starts early. As a Fulfillment Packaging Technician, you begin by reviewing the day’s orders, prepping materials, and syncing with your teammates. Each item you touch is a promise to a customer—inspected for defects, labeled precisely, and packed to our exact specifications so it arrives in perfect condition.

Throughout your shift, you’ll keep your station spotless and efficient, track stock levels in our system, and communicate updates so the whole line stays on target. Safety is second nature here—protocols guide every move you make. And because we invest in your growth, you’ll join training sessions that sharpen your packing techniques and product knowledge.

• Package products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect items carefully and complete accurate labeling and documentation.
• Keep your packing area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily production goals.
• Assist with inventory by tracking and reporting stock levels using basic computer tools.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Participate in training to enhance packing methods and product understanding.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in packing, warehousing, or similar work is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Team-first mindset and strong communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
• Comfort with basic computer use for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends if needed.

• Location: Holley, NY 14470
• Day shift: 6:00am–6:30pm
• Night shift: 6:00pm–6:30am
