Store Manager – Ray‑Ban – Wynwood (Store #009590) Requisition ID: 932308. Position: Full‑time. General Function The Store Manager leads the team on the sales floor, delivers a positive customer experience, meets sales key performance indicators (KPIs), and merchandises the store to brand standards. The Store Manager is also responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing the team. Key Responsibilities Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives. Recruit, onboard, and develop qualified talent, preferably with experience in a luxury retail environment. Coach associates with clear, motivating, and constructive feedback. Staff the store to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Recognize associates for positive performance. Maintain brand standards of presentation and operations. Monitor business by analyzing KPIs and implement action plans. Maintain accurate product inventory. Drive participation in assigned monthly training courses. Manage employee relations concerns, including time and attendance, performance, and asset protection. Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suitable for their lifestyle, wardrobe, or prescription. Move boxes up to 20 pounds around the store. Remain in a stationary position for the duration of the shift. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Retail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Financial acumen. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
